Admiral 27 for sale - REF1665: This Admiral 27 meters flybridge yacht was custom built by Cantieri Lavagna in 1977, first time in water in 1984. Refitted continually from 2000 and every year with professional maintenance that keeps the yacht in excellent condition, considering her age and compared to even newer luxury yachts. Her hull is endoscopically inspected every year and maintained professionally in excellent condition. No water leaks in the yacht. The interior wood is Tecnotropy Stucco Veneziano. She offers guest accommodation for up to 11 guests in 4 suites comprising a master suite, one VIP cabin and two twin cabins. She can accommodate up to 5 crew. Her MTU engines 3 X 870HP cruise her around 17kts@1850rpm/270lts per hour and top at 26@2400. Regular cruising speed is 20kts@2000rpm. All service invoices available for viewing during a visit to the yacht. Her fuel tanks allow 500nm range. Tender with outboard and Jetski Yamaha both launched from the flybridge with a crane, 70.000BTU A/C (of 2019) & two extra A/C units, teak all around, water maker, washing machine, dishwasher.
